Energy-saving sarking and waterproofing sheet
DELTA®-MAXX PLUS saves energy in a new dimension. Reducing the air exchange rate by up to 30%, it lowers the demand for heating energy by up to 9% (computed from studies carried out in a 100-m² roof apartment in Munich).
Its special spunbond layer makes DELTA®-MAXX PLUS highly robust, highly tear-resistant (c. 450/300N/5cm), and extremely step-through safe (certified fall-through safety). Meeting all requirements of the ZVDH Code the sheet may be used as temporary roofing. DELTA®-MAXX PLUS and DELTA®-MAXX are the first sarking sheets in Germany that feature a moisture-retaining surface. The spunbond layer on the underside will absorb up to 1L/m² of moisture which will then be gradually released upwards.
The checker pattern embossed on the upper side assists installation. The material may be cut straight. Moreover, the sheet offers safe protection from insects, so that chemical wood protection is not required (DIN 68800-2). DELTA®-MAXX WD was specially developed as economical sarking and waterproofing membrane for hip roofs. Particularly efficient installation with two adhesive strips along both underlay edges.
